Rules & Regulations
- All Thailand Tours Package purchases are FINAL;
- Package purchases CANNOT BE CANCELLED, REFUNDED, CHANGED, EXCHANGED OR TRANSFERRED to other individuals;
- Package price shown include return airfares, hotel accommodation and breakfasts up to a maximum of 2 guests per room per day (unless otherwise mentioned);
- Credit will not be given for any unused package and cannot be used toward future purchases;
- Once you purchase a package, your credit card will be charged for the amount shown -- regardless whether or
  not the package is used;
- All airfares are for return-trip travel;
- All hotel rooms are booked as twin-sharing basis and guaranteed for late arrival;
- Any guest requests are subject to availability upon check-in and must be settled directly with the hotel;
- A minimum 7-days advance booking is required for all purchases;
- Package purchases do not include transportation to/from the airport, ferry connection (refer to ferry schedule), etc;

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Guest/s traveling with infant/children must provide the birth certificate as a verification for check-in purposes.
- The above package DOES NOT include airport tax for flights departing from any other airports out of Malaysia.
